Overview
Simon Property Group, Inc. is a global real estate investment trust (REIT) specializing in retail properties including malls, outlets, and lifestyle centers. The Williamsburg Premium Outlets location partnered with Dulce Media Agency to support ongoing content needs for events and visual updates.
The Challenge
Williamsburg Premium Outlets needed help with content creation, event coverage, and updated visuals for marketing and web. They were looking for a consistent, local media partner who could reliably capture important annual events. They found DMA through a combination of direct referral and local vendor search.
The Work
